  • When redeeming a promotional code (or voucher code) advertised on our website or social media accounts, you must check the eligibility of the said offer.
  • The promotional code is valid for a limited time only. NOMADETAILING CAR WASH reserves the right to modify or cancel it at any time without prior notice.
  • Each promotional code can be used only once, unless otherwise specified.
  • The promotional code is not transferable, may not be resold or redeemed for cash
  • Each promotional code applies only to qualifying services. Details are usually specified in the promotion.
  • The promotional code does not apply to pre-orders, unless otherwise specified.
  • If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.
  • If you cancel the service purchased using a promotional code, we will subtract the value of the promotional code from your return credit, if any.
  • Only one promotional code can be used each time and therefore cannot be combined with other offers using promotional code.
  • NOMADETAILING CAR WASH reserves the right to void transactions where prohibited.
  • If you violate any of the Terms and Conditions, the promotion will be invalid, and the promotional code discount will not apply.
  • NOMADETAILING CAR WASH reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • NOMADETAILING Car Wash will send you SMS text messages to confirm your service request, provide information about the detailer matched to your job, and to conduct a customer satisfaction survey after the job is completed. Depending on your mobile phone service, you may incur costs from these SMS text messages from your mobile phone service provider. NOMADETAILING Car Wash is not responsible for any of these potential costs
  • NOMADETAILING Car Wash may call you directly to schedule your service or conduct a customer satisfaction survey. In the event of a cancelled request, we may call you to inquire about your reasons for
    cancelling.
  • All inbound and outbound customer service calls may be recorded for quality assurance.
  • We may ask you where you heard about NOMADETAILING Car Wash in order to gauge our marketing strategies
  • We may conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
  • We must have permission to hold a debit or credit card to secure a regular booking and we will charge the card after each visit.
  • We reserve the right to charge a debit or credit card the full amount should the vehicles(s) not be available for cleaning and the booking has not been cancelled in advance (see below cancellation policy).
